Our Wellness Academy is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website and/or Services.

Our Wellness Academy be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However,. you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website and/or Services, constitute the entire agreement between Our Wellness Academy and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina for the resolution of any disputes.

DISCLOSURE AND AGREEMENT TO SERVICES

The purpose of this DISCLOSURE AND AGREEMENT is to develop a coaching relationship between the parties in order to cultivate the Client’s personal, professional and/or business goals and create a plan to carry out those goals through stimulating and creative interactions with the ultimate result of maximizing the Client’s personal and/or professional potential (“Coaching Services”). Our Wellness Academy is committed to a holistic approach to wellness life coaching and alternative healing techniques.

Our Wellness Academy provides Wellness Life Coaching services and Reiki energy healing treatments; NOT Psychotherapy or Counseling. Coaching sessions will be one-hour sessions weekly, biweekly, or monthly as determined by the coach and client(s) arrangement. I understand that Reiki is a simple hands-on energy tool used in reducing stress and implementing relaxation. I understand that the coach does not establish diagnosis or provide medical treatments, nor do they prescribe medications or any other substances thus interfering with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that I seek direction from a licensed medical professional for any psychotherapy and/or physical ailments. Coach-Client Relationship Duties & Responsibilities. A coaching relationship is the partnering of two or more business entities or persons. Each party must uphold their responsibilities for the coaching relationship to be effective and to generate the best outcomes for the client. Client agrees and requests coaching services to achieve accountability, and better time management to more effectively complete daily task and expectations on the job to better meet employee requirements prior to her next employee evaluation.

The Client understands that they are entering into this coaching relationship of their own free will. Again, this is not a replacement for mental health services. The coach (Our Wellness Academy) will NOT be held accountable for any indirect, consequential or special damages incurred to or by the client during this agreement.
