ALTERNATIVE & HOLISTIC SERVICESThe use of metaphysical, spiritual, and alternative mindfulness practices can offer a unique and valuable approach to personal growth and well-being. These practices draw from a range of traditions and beliefs, including Eastern philosophy, indigenous wisdom, and New Age spirituality, and are often centered around techniques such as meditation, visualization, energy work, and ritual. While these practices may not be rooted in empirical science, they can offer profound benefits for individuals seeking to cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. By exploring concepts such as consciousness, interconnectedness, and the power of intention, individuals can gain insight into their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as develop a greater sense of compassion and empathy for others. It is important to note, however, that these practices should not be seen as a replacement for traditional medical or psychological treatments. Rather, they can be used as a complementary approach to enhance overall well-being and personal growth. As with any practice, it is important to approach metaphysical, spiritual, and alternative mindfulness practices with an open mind and a willingness to explore and learn.

LIFE COACHING VS COUNSELINGLife coaching and counseling are two distinct approaches that are used to address personal and emotional challenges. While there may be some overlap between the two, they are generally used for different purposes. Life coaching focuses on helping individuals set and achieve personal and professional goals. A life coach helps clients identify their strengths and weaknesses, set specific goals, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes. Life coaching tends to be more future-oriented and action-oriented and often focuses on improving overall life satisfaction, performance, and well-being. Counseling, on the other hand, is a therapeutic approach that is focused on addressing mental health issues and emotional challenges. Counseling typically involves exploring past experiences, current emotions and thought patterns, and working to develop coping strategies and improve overall mental health. Counseling may be more focused on addressing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship problems. While both life coaching and counseling can be beneficial, it's important to choose the approach that best meets your needs and goals. If you're looking to improve your overall life satisfaction and achieve personal or professional goals, life coaching may be a good fit. If you're struggling with emotional challenges or mental health issues, counseling may be a more appropriate approach. It's also possible to use both approaches in conjunction with each other, as they can complement each other and help individuals achieve a more well-rounded and fulfilling life.

VIRTUAL COACHING TIME COMMITMENTThe recommended time frame to work with a wellness life coach can vary depending on the individual's goals and needs. In general, most wellness coaches offer coaching packages that range from 3 months to 12 months or longer. Short-term coaching packages of 3 months are typically used to help clients address specific challenges or goals, such as improving their fitness or nutrition, managing stress, or developing better habits. Longer-term coaching packages of 6-12 months or more are often used for more comprehensive lifestyle changes, such as improving overall health and well-being, increasing resilience, and developing a more fulfilling life. The length of time a person works with a wellness life coach will depend on their individual goals, progress, and circumstances. Some people may only need a few sessions to get started and make progress, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching for several months or even years. Ultimately, the length of time someone works with a wellness coach will depend on their unique needs and the goals they want to achieve. *This does not apply to corporate clients. Please submit a request for details and pricing.

WHY VIRTUAL COACHING?Virtual coaching offers several benefits and advantages over traditional in-person coaching. Here are a few reasons why coaching online is a great option for some: Convenience and accessibility: With virtual coaching, you can access your coach from anywhere in the world, if you have an internet connection. This means you don't have to travel to meet your coach in person, which can be time-consuming and costly. Additionally, online coaching allows for greater flexibility in scheduling, as you don't have to coordinate schedules with your coach to find a mutually convenient time. Privacy and confidentiality: Virtual coaching can be done anonymously, which is especially appealing to those who may feel embarrassed or uncomfortable discussing personal issues face-to-face (in person). This allows individuals to be more open and honest with their coach, leading to more effective coaching sessions. Cost-effectiveness: Virtual coaching can often be more affordable than in-person coaching due to lower overhead costs. Additionally, online coaching can be done in group settings, which can further reduce the cost per session.
