GINA T. WALTON
How did I fall in love with holistic wellness & mindfulness? My short answer is it found me! My relationship with this practice has been one of love and hate. After years of experienced trauma, the passing of my mother due to breast cancer, navigating divorce, then the deaths of my best friends a year later, I found myself lost without an anchor. While trying to restore my center I was introduced to Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation. Now, eight years later, I have restored that anchor through the collaborative use of wellness and mindfulness modalities. My goal as a Wellness Practitioner and Life Coach is to share my experiences with others by creating a space for them to do the same!
